Our Family Meeting was February 18, 2024.
The purpose of the meeting was for members to give input to the elders and ministers about our current efforts and to share thoughts and ideas about the future direction of Alameda.
Our focus was on the following three questions:
- Think about your story at Alameda. What ministries and programs have been most impactful to you and your family?
- While there are many accomplishments to celebrate, what could we start doing that would enhance the development of disciples and our spiritual worship?
- There may be some things that get in the way of your spiritual growth and glorifying God. What are we doing that is not glorifying God or developing spiritual formation in members at Alameda?
As a first step, the elders and ministers compiled all of the information, and a summary report is available below.
