Our 2023 Ladies Retreat is February 17-18!
This year's event is at the Courtyard Marriott in Norman.
The retreat begins on Friday (6:30 pm); bring finger foods to share and games! Breakfast is included on Saturday morning for those who stay in the hotel, and our event continues 9 am–12 pm. Then, we will go out to lunch together at a local restaurant.
The cost is $25 for the retreat + $99 per hotel room (up to 4 women can stay in a room). PAYMENTS FOR BOTH THE RETREAT AND THE HOTEL ROOM NEED TO BE MADE TO ALAMEDA. (See the information below.)
We are limited to 50 people for this event. Those staying the night in the hotel will be added to the list first. We only have a few spots left!
TO SIGN UP FOR THE RETREAT:
- Sign up on the sheet at the Welcome Center in the lobby on Sunday mornings. Pay the $25 retreat fee and your portion of the hotel room fee (if you're staying at the hotel) to Alameda.
You can pay by check; make your check payable to Alameda Church of Christ and write "Ladies Retreat" on the memo line. Place check in the offering plate on Sunday morning.

- The deadline has passed to book your hotel room online. If you would like to stay at the hotel, you need to call them directly at (405) 701-8900 to check availability for a room. Let them know you are with the Alameda Ladies Retreat.
If you plan to stay the night at the hotel, one person from each room has to book a room and put a credit/debit card on file for incidentals. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
In order to get the special room rate, the church has to pay for the rooms. Therefore, payment for the room needs to be made to Alameda. (The card you put on file with the hotel will not be charged unless something in the room is damaged.)
